Privacy Policy
1. General
This Policy explains what personal data the tranzzono.com website (the “Service”, “we”) collects and how it is used. By using the Service you confirm that you have read this Policy.

2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, a secure password hash (we never store the password itself).
- Google sign-in: email, name and a unique Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
- Form submissions: name, email, your website address.
- Orders: services, amounts, statuses.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, request time — for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we use data
- To provide the services and run your account.
- To respond to enquiries and contact you about orders.
- Security: preventing fraud, intrusion attempts and automated abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To improve the Service using anonymised data.
Legal bases: performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure, and legal obligations.
4. Cookies
The Service uses only essential cookies: a session cookie for sign-in (up to 30 days) and a temporary cookie during Google sign-in (up to 10 minutes). They make your account work and are not used for advertising.
If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our infrastructure and service providers:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database and attack protection;
- Google — authentication, if you choose to sign in with Google;
- payment providers — once online payments are enabled, solely to process payments;
- public authorities — only where legally required.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. In such cases we rely on contractual safeguards and the providers’ security standards.
7. Retention
- Account and orders — while the account is active, then as long as the law requires.
- Form submissions — up to 24 months.
- Technical logs — up to 90 days.
You can ask us to delete your account and related data by writing to hello@tranzzono.com.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls and sign-in rate limits. No system is perfectly secure, so we recommend using a unique password.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to hello@tranzzono.com and we will reply within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the latest revision at the top.
