Terms of Use
1. General
These Terms govern your use of tranzzono.com and the services offered through it: link building, Reddit promotion and a marketplace of sites. By creating an account or ordering a service you accept these Terms. They constitute a public offer to enter into an agreement on the terms below.

2. Definitions
- “Service” — the tranzzono.com website and related features.
- “User” or “Customer” — a person who registered or ordered a service.
- “Site” — a third-party web resource listed in the marketplace catalog.
- “Order” — a service request placed in the account or agreed in writing.
3. Account
Ordering services requires registration. You provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for all actions taken from your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. One user, one account.
4. Services and orders
Service descriptions, timelines and prices are shown on the Service and in your account. An order is accepted once we confirm it and, where applicable, payment is received. Specifics (volume, topics, sites) are agreed before work begins.
We may decline an order that conflicts with the Advertiser Rules or the law.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Service and are visible before payment. Payment and refund terms are set out in the Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Rights and obligations
- We perform ordered services with due care and provide a report on completion.
- The Customer provides required information and materials on time and is responsible for their lawfulness.
- The Customer complies with the Advertiser Rules.
- Each party keeps the other’s confidential business information confidential.
7. Prohibited use
- using the Service for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party rights;
- attempting unauthorised access, bypassing limits or overloading the Service with automated requests;
- sharing account access with others;
- copying or redistributing Service content without permission.
8. Intellectual property
The Service’s design, text, code and marks belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant no rights other than to use the Service as intended. Materials you provide remain yours; you grant us the right to use them to fulfil your order.
9. No guarantee of results
Promotion results depend on many factors, including search engine and platform algorithms outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales — only delivery of the services in the agreed scope.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or the actions of third parties, including site owners and platforms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms or the Advertiser Rules. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by writing to hello@tranzzono.com. Paid but undelivered services are refunded under the Payment Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts at the Provider’s location, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
13. Changes
We may amend these Terms. The new version applies from publication on this page; continued use means acceptance. Orders already paid for remain subject to the terms in force when they were placed.
